The Startup Ecosystem Builder Fellowship Program offers you the opportunity to network and connect with like-minded people all around the world. Teamwork is an important aspect of the program. You will be sorted into three houses. Each of the houses is run by one of the co-founders of Founders Lair. DaVinci is organized by Leonardo Balduzzi, our CXO. Monster Society is organized by Silu Cao, our COO & CFO. ****And The Collective is organized by Fabien Martin, our CTO.
Each of you will collect points for your house, at the end of every week we will update the numbers. Finally, at the end of the 10 weeks, the house with the most points will win the house cup.
The house of Da Vinci is home to creatives, problem-solvers and born entrepreneurs. The house is headquartered in Florence, Italy and we are all Da Vinci's most promising apprentices. Da Vinci's apprentices are self-educated, they fill dozens of secret notebooks with inventions, observations, and theories about pursuits from aeronautics to human anatomy. The Monster Society is an old house. They claim to have a history of over 2000 years. They can talk to animals and plants. They have traveled the world and collected many mysterious stories.
The monster ancestors are birds originating from The Galapagos Island, surrounding the equator in the Pacific Ocean, thus they love freedom and nature, curious and adventurous. They have never stopped flying and exploring, and have landed in various territories in the world and developed the local communities. They have thus been evolving into different shapes and habits adapting to the local culture, making deeper and deeper connections with humans, yet never losing the spirit and wisdom from the ancient pacific ocean.
They carry super cool magical powers from the pacific ocean and have never abused their abilities on humans. On the contrary, they have been saving lives, helping the disadvantaged, and empowering the weak ones, mysteriously. They believe in continuous learning, helping others and sustainable co-existing, and never being evil. Now the Monsters across the whole world are uniting on a new mission, to help to drive forward a new invention of human beings, called “entrepreneurship and startups”!

The Collective aims to build a techno community of connectors united to help startups, use technology for good and make friends!
The ultimate goal of The Collective is to respectfully assimilate startups and startup founders to help them in these difficult times! Helping startups can mean many things but The Collective will mainly focus on presenting opportunities to startups to get POCs (Proof Of Concepts) projects with corporates, participate in acceleration programs, get government grants or take part in valuable competitions. One intro can go a long way to help a startup there are very few feelings more rewarding than having helped a founder make his startup successful!
In order to help founders, The Collective will rely on technology. The Collective will use a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) system to decide as a group the direction it wants to take and have all the members' incentives aligned to collaborate together. Living in 2022, The Collective will leverage technologies and tools to further its agenda in helping founders! Examples of votes that would take place on the DAO are what project to focus on, what challenges should we try to achieve as The Collective, what events to organize and what fun technology projects we could build together to help us in our missions!
