The Startup Ecosystem Fellowship program is a 10-week hands-on program to help you improve your skillset in 6 major areas. We will disclose new tasks, events or sessions on a weekly basis.
We will give you regularly new tasks to finish, these are usually small tasks that can be done in minutes. They will help you develop habits and test some of the skills you are about to learn.
Each fellow will go through the same development program. In the end, we are preparing you to become an ecosystem leader in your startup ecosystem. E.g. If you start as a fellow and you are from Belgium, you will start as a connector for the Belgium startup ecosystem. Once you progress to level 5 you will be officially acknowledged as an Ecosystem Builder in Belgium. Later when you reach level 7, you would be officially recognized as Ecosystem Leader in Belgium.

Below you find the community development curve, showcasing also the development after the fellowship program. The levels will also be automatically tracked on your connector profile.
In the 10 weeks of the program, your house will compete with the others. Each member of the house can collect points for their house. All the achievements are automatically accounted for through your referral profile.
At the beginning of the week, we will inform you about your house status.
